Hi James Wilson Not aware of any .msi download, but there is one for .appx, here.  We deploy Minecraft Education Edition using both SCCM and Endpoint Manager (InTune) with the .appx.  Hope this helps!

Hi mya nunezz Have you tried restarting the computer?  If that doesn't work, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the program (make sure you export your worlds first!)
