Creating a server for pupils at home

Hi

 

Is it possible to create a sever in school that will allow pupils to join a world whilst at home during lockdown. We have a number of pupils who would love to work together and create projects.

I have tried creating a world in school and unable to join on my laptop as it is on a different network.

Any advice would be fab. Thank You

  Unfortunately there is no "server" available for Minecraft Education edition currently 

  You can host a world from your computer, but it will only be available for students to join while the computer is on and the world is hosted. Additionally, for students to join the world, your school would need to enable some port forwarding. I added some links below for more information on this.
