Technical issues 1.21.03 - Multiplayer

Hi,

We have 2 accounts under the same organisation, both updated to 1.21.03. Yesterday played together no problem, have now updated and it gives an error message: Can't connect to world.

I understand if it is not possible for you at this time to do logs or videos, unfortunately without a video reproduction of the issue it will be difficult for us to understand the issue further for further assistance.   I tried all of these steps and it's still not working on Big Sur 11.7.10. I get the error we dont have permission to open the app.
