Hey there, Was Minecraft Education uninstalled and reinstalled on the original device that had the worlds they are looking for?  That process is very likely to delete the worlds.

Hey there! Sorry to hear Minecraft Education is not generating join codes, does it show as a bunch of X's instead? Are you able to connect via Connection ID instead or does that give issues as well?
