    Hi Danny,

    thanks for the reply, I mean, not sure how much that would do because as I said, it's one of our student that has that issue (I was part of the team working on IT help, that's why I came to talk about it here, because it was "my case" in a way) so I wouldn't be able to send logs, or videos as you ask.
    The student can't make a ticket either, (we're a french group, using MCEdu as a tool to teach kids coding in after school classes), they don't speak english that well

    I can describe more in detail myself, all we tried for resolution (everything in this thread + a few things found elsewhere on the web), and what happened that led to the problem exactly as it happened during the IT help session, but that's it, and I dunno how much help that would be?

    Gotcha, thanks for explaining the situation. I understand if it is not possible for you at this time to do logs or videos, unfortunately without a video reproduction of the issue it will be difficult for us to understand the issue further for further assistance. Let us know if that is a path you would want to take later down the line, and I can make a ticket for us for you to share it.

    I tried all of these steps and it's still not working on Big Sur 11.7.10. I get the error we dont have permission to open the app.

    We are having the same issues as noted in this thread

    Running version 1.21.10

    - Students with Mac Air's are receiving the unable to connect messages

    - No VPNs running

    - School wifi as with all the other students

    - Checked to ensure all devices are up to date (Mac OS and Mine Craft version)

    I tried to follow this thread on a couple of devices and found the files mentioend for deletion, however, when I select them to delete - they just don't

     

    Any suggestions or a fix would be helpful here as its causing major issues for us

    Even though I’ve updated to the latest version, I still can’t join a multiplayer game. It keeps showing that the code is invalid.
    Could this be because I’m not on the same network as the other players?

    Sorry to hear you are running into some issues connecting with other players. 

    Just had a few questions to help us support you further:

    1 - Are those you are trying to connect with from the same school as you?

    2 - Are you having issues connecting from or to a Mac device?

    3 - Are those you are connecting to on the same version as you? Which version are you all on?

    4 - Have things worked prior?

    So you are Mac as well having issues with multiplayer?

    Hey there!

    Sorry I missed your comment about Big Sur the first time round. This is likely your issue. Our minimum supported OS version is a couple versions after Big Sur as per - https://edusupport.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047556591-System-Requirements. Please update OS version and let us know if that helps your issue.
