I think we can add vibrant visuals even though some devices are weak but, what if we make it lighter or disabling the vibrant visuals if the device is too weak? It will be a great idea and wonderful!

Also, my friends have the same problem in their NYC DOE managed chromebooks. (My friends error started a few days earlier than mine).
