Bring Vibrant Visuals to EDU

It will be very nice to have vibrant visuals in the Education since it is planned to be minecraft default. Ive also seen that the render distance setting links to the speed of the computer mabie you could link that speed to the avalabe vibrant visauls settings so some slower school devices will still run well. (also the graphics mode area in settings is broken)
