I reinstalled it but I cannot log in and play :( (Error 2604)
So it was February 18, and I deleted my Minecraft education for my purpose and few days later I downloaded again. Then, you try to sign in that you always do when you reinstall Minecraft education. But when I enter my school e-mail address and then continue it shows a page that says ¨No network connection.¨ Then I tried by connecting to my school network, other networks, but nothing worked. Then I restarted and tried again, same error. Then I uninstalled it, cleared the cache and storage, and reinstalled again. But still it did not work. Then I thought that the Z scaler was the culprit. I disabled it but it did not work. Same error over and over again. Error 2604. I researched this and I also asked many AI members to solve the problem that was going on. One thing I am suspecting is that the NYC DOE were blocking it due to some security updates and maintenance or something. AI told me that it might get fixed on 3/14 - 3/20. I can play on personal devices but not on NYC DOE managed devices. Well, I am not exactly sure what is going on but I cannot play my Minecraft worlds :(
If anybody knows exactly what is going on and how I can solve this, please reply!

Also, my friends have the same problem in their NYC DOE managed chromebooks. (My friends error started a few days earlier than mine).

Well its been almost 2 months since the block started. And it didn't get fixed yet. I can't use Minecraft Education for my after school and can't finish the project :(

Are you part of the NYC DOE? We are still investigating with NYC DOE IT Admin on this for sure.

I talked with my school IT staff they said they will fix it at June probably and they are working on fixing the school certificates.
