Can't host or join worlds at ALL 1.26
Im on the most recent version, same tenant, and yet my multiplayer is broken. I try hosting and the code just spins and says "no ip found" Or when i try and join a world, it says "unable to connect" or "an error has occured". It also says "your client is having trouble establishing a connection to multiplayer services" I've restarted 50 times and this still comes up. I've redownloaded the game 3 times and also turned every permission on in the book, including local network. I am on a macbook pro m1. This is issue has persisted since 1.21 and will not go away. I am seriously tired of this and don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with multiplayer and Minecraft Education in your school. Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
1 - Have you told your IT admin about this issue? Feel free to have them reach out to us as you did if they are having trouble troubleshooting this as well.
2 - Is the user you are connecting to also on the same and most recent version as you?
3 - You connecting to or using a Mac device to connect at all?

The IT admin noited that it happens on my device only. Second, yes we are both on the same version. Yes I am using a mac device to connect. I have turned on local network as well but it did not fix the issue. However, I logged in on a windows laptop and multiplayer worked just fine.

If that doesn't work for you, please let us know what network level and device level proxies, content filters, virus protection, child monitoring software and, firewalls you are using.

The same thing is happening to me,but on a chromebook.
Me and my brother both cannot play together.I have deleted it once and restarted over and over but still nothing.

2 - Have things worked for you previously?
3 - What is the error you are getting when trying to join?
4 - Do you belong to the same school as your brother?
