I can't connect to my friends worlds and I cannot host it either.
Hello Minecraft Education Support team!
I have an issue that I can't connect to my friend's world and I can't host it somehow. I suspected that my previous Minecraft Education 1.18 was something to do with it. I deleted the 1.18 app, cleared the cache and also deleted my 1.21.133/26.32 Minecraft Education. I reinstalled 26.32 Minecraft Education and yet the same thing happening. It started after I downloaded 1.18 Minecraft Education for an experiment of a world. Then I also checked my internet and it's absolutely fine. I also restarted my device and the same thing happening. For my friends, they can host, join but I can't host and join.
I am using MacOS latest version (macOS Tahoe 26.6.1) and my device is iMac M4 8 - core CPU/GPU 16 GB of Unified DDR5 RAM, and 256 GB NVMe SSD.
I provided the screenshot listed below.
Please tell me what should I do and how to fix this issue.
Thank you for your support!

Hey there,
Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Mac and multiplayer errors. This could be worth checking out:
It sounds like keychain issues, please follow the steps Max and Lynda layout in this thread. This is for Mac devices - https://edusupport.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/28795140075540-Technical-issues-1-21-03-Multiplayer?page=2#community_comment_29613845522836
If that doesn't work for you, please let us know what network level and device level proxies, content filters, virus protection, child monitoring software and, firewalls you are using.
Otherwise, it is likely that the joiner and host are not on the same version of Minecraft Education.
Let us know how that goes!
