"cannot connect to world" error.

So here is the quick story, last year i was playing minecraft with my friends and all was working well. They are on windows and im mac pro and i updated the minecraft ed app, after that whenever i try to join a world it doesnt work.

They are all on the latest update, multiplayer and host on and i cant find a troubleshoot. Anyone Help?
