unable to connect to the library causing issues in multiplayer

I tried reading articles made a couple of months ago that seem to have a similar issue, but I have no idea what the steps I need to take in order to connect to the library. I am trying to play multiplayer on Minecraft Education, but it says that there is an issue every time I try to join a friends server. Every time someone tries to join me, it has the same issue.

My friends and I are playing on the same version, on the same kind of laptop with the same VPN (I don't think the VPN is causing it). Before version 1.21.10, I could play on my laptop, and it would work, but now it doesn't. It's not my school account, as I played on my phone, and it worked, so I am assuming it's my laptop, but I have no idea what. Can someone help? From what I have seen in previous articles, it has to do with keychain access but I don't understand what I need to do or where I need to go

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the library not working as intended for you. Are you on a Mac by any chance? If so, yes that is exactly right! I do also believe it to be keychain related. Please follow the steps below that Max and Lynda lay out and let us know how things go.
