Unable to connect to world - Troublingshooting removing PF_account
Hi Team,
Last year we had this issue with a lot of the students in the Minecraft Club.
"Unable to connect to world" was solved based on the following instructions from your support team: "Hidden Items" to see the keychain entry. With the Keychain App open, select "View" on the top bar and then "Show Invisible Items" and then search for "PF_Account" under the System Keychain.
I have tried deleting the two items that appear in Keychain Access:
PF_Account_6955F
PF_Account_6955F_key
I select them both and they don't delete?
The other thing I have tried is double clicking on the both keys and going into the Access control window to select Minecraft Education and (minus it).
I then 'Save changes.'
I have also tried searching Minecraft Education in logins and deleting that access token.
Once I delete that I can then go back to login under Default Keychains and delete both
PF_Account_6955F
PF_Account_6955F_key
logins.
Previously this process has worked for solving the connection issue.
It did not work today when I tried to connect to a world on a mac which was hosted my a Windows computer.
I have attached a link to a video of me performing these steps to clarify what I am doing.
