Unable to connect to world

Our school is trying to run an activity on Minecraft, some students can connect, and some couldn't. 

I have found out that even if the ME version is matched, the only macOS Sequoia doesn't work. Is there any way to fix it?

Is there any manual I can look through to host our own server in school?

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Mac and multiplayer, I believe it may be due to keychain issues.

  Please check the steps Max and Lynda posted in:

  Also we do not have dedicated server support at this time.

  Thank you, Danny! I have gone through the steps Max has posted. Removing the keys in the keychain works! 

  Another question about the server, is it possible for us to start our own private server?

  And as for your other question, unfortunately at this time we do not offer dedicated server support for Minecraft Education.
