We're unable to connect to the Library

Hello,

We have  31 iMac's in our suite, Minecraft Education works fine on 30 of them but we have one that is unable to load any Library content, it also can't join any multiplayer servers.

At first glance this might seem like a filtering issue, but it's on the same level of filtering as the other 30 Mac's and I have whitelisted every URL you have listed. I have even tried excluding it from the filtering altogether and we still have the same issue.

macOS Monterey

Version 12.7.6

iMac 21.5 inch, Late 2015

Processor: 2.8 Ghz Quad Core Intel i5

Memory: 8GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel Iris Pro 6200 1536mb

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Mac and accessing the library.

  I think this may be keychain related.

  Could you try the steps Max and Lynda suggest in this thread?
