    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the "We can't connect" error.

    This is usually caused by there being more than one Minecraft Education installed on the device at a time.

    Could you check there is only one version please?

    Tried and it still doesn't work

    its the latest version of minecraft and only started happening after it forced you to get it off the microsoft store instead of just being able to download from the website

    Okay, so you had MC working, and you had to reset your laptop, and now you have reinstalled MC on the laptop, and you are using the same account, and cannot sign in at all? Can you get into a demo lesson? try for me, please?
    (It is a good test of whether MC is connecting to the internet. I take it you are connecting to the internet in general.) Also, can you try the sign-ins on any other devices, by any chance?

    Hello, i can get into a demo lesson.

    Basically i deleted all unneccessary apps during time off school, including minecraft. I went to download it again and it took me to microsoft store and from microsoft store it wont work. I tried to sign in on my friends computer and it does sign in, and i can play but i logged out and on mine it still says the error, the fixes that is suggested on that link also havent helped. i uninstalled and looked for files of MEE but there wasnt any, reinstalled and same error.

    Ugh. When this happens to me, sometimes there is an update in the way. Can you check and see if you have a Microsoft update pending? I have that problem and my scenario is similar: I keep downloading from the store, but no success with getting anywhere with it. Then I check and there is an update. After restarting things fall into place. Sorry too kind of dribble along on this...
