  • I still cannot after doing that. Moreover, I have been doing uninstall the Minecraft and be sure there is overlap same software. And then reinstall the Minecraft. But I still cannot sign in. Please help. I need to do the final project.

    It could be worth double checking and trying the steps again as this has fixed the issue for a vast majority of the users we sent it to. 

    If you would like, we can transfer this conversation to a ticket and continue it there, where you can send some screenshots of the steps you tried and where you are still stuck. 

    If you are using a school issued device and/or account, it could be worth reaching out to your school's IT admin with these steps to see if they can help as well.

    How do I turn it off and turn it on again on Chromebook. Do I change it to Choose from list than change it back to set automatically. Because this is an issue for me.
