AADSTS Error - Unable to Login to Minecraft Education
Hey there,
We are currently aware of an issue with users unable to login to Minecraft Education with one of the two following errors:
Error 1: "'AADSTS53003: Access has been blocked by Conditional Access policies' when trying to login to Entra ID app while connected to MSFT-AzVPN-Manual."
Error 2: "Message: AADSTS90072: User account [User account] from identity provider '[Account number]' does not exist in tenant '[ID]' and cannot access the application 'b36b1432-1a1c-4c82-9b76-24de1cab42f2'(Minecraft Education Edition) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account"
Currently, it seems that multiple users are unable to connect to Entra ID app while connected to MSFT-AzVPN-Manual due to Conditional Access policies. From what we're seeing, after about an hour of idle VPN connection, users are able to connect with the service provider to Minecraft Education.
Current recommended process:

my Minecraft won't let me play multiplayer but I could before. this is really annoying because its a lap top issue do you have any idea what it would be and it's not internet or a fire wall.
