minecraft education 1.20.12 unable to load content from library

On Friday 11th of August, iPads running Minecraft education were witnessed having issues accessing content from the library, with errors indicating it was offline?

Rest of the iPad was operating as expected.With IOS 16.6

Hey there,

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues.

On a Mac, delete the PF_* items on your key chain, you will need to enable Invisible items.

It should be fixable by deleting the Keychain entries starting with "PF_Account_28FAE". They won't show up until enabling "Show Invisible Items" in Keychain Access.

The actual keys you want to delete are PF_Account_6955F and PF_Account_6955F_Key"

The issue was occurring IOS, only two reports of it had come to me so far, but the update is still fairly fresh, had hot spotted my phone to see if there was a network restriction, but seemingly not the case and there was also no screen time settings on the devices.

If there is nothing witnessed with your own testing for ios 1.20.12

it could be geolocation related, or possibly just an outage at the time.

We are currently seeing this PF_Account_6955F keychain popup on macOS. What is PF_Account_6955F? Why does this happen? Is there a permanent solution?
