Game Crashing

I would be able to play the game for like 1-2 minutes before it crashes.

My computer has 16 GB of Ram and tons of storage. I am unsure what the problem is. I have deleted all previous versions I installed and redownloaded it from the Microsoft store and off the browser but it still crashes. Please Help!

  Hi Danny,

  I am currently using the Hp-Pavillion 24 all in one desktop from 2020. The OS- Name is Microsoft Windows 10 Home and the version is 10.0.19045 Build 19045. I do not have any texture packs or shaders installed and I even tried turning down my render distance to 5 chunks.

  Thank you for providing that. Make sure only one copy of Minecraft Education is installed. Try toggling your antivirus software/firewall to see if it might be a communication issue. The best test is to use a completely different network and see if the issue persists.

  Thanks for the support Dominick. Changing my network did not seem to resolve the problem. I do not have any other versions of Minecraft EDU installed. I also don't know how to check to see if there may be a communication issue with Minecraft EDU. ;(

  If you have a antivirus program installed on the device or a network tool like a VPN, turn one off at a time and test if anything changes. This will help you isolate the issue more. You may need to uninstall Minecraft Education and reinstall.

  None of that helped sadly.

  The weird thing is that I can stay in the menu as long as I want OR if someone else hosts a world, then I can play. 

  Cannot play a new world on my own though. Then it crashes after about 30s.
