Eh, not really. It's safari on osx, I'm not uninstalling safari to do your debugging for you. I did remove the language and the problem goes away, and then I put it back and the problem comes back ...

This is still a problem. I can confirm that it seems to be choosing the last language in the allowed languages list (mine is french, because I do speak it but it is not my default language)
