Woah! That does not look right. Do you have any mods installed by any chance?

Yes, but I reinstalled minecraft so I don't know if that would automatically delete the mods because I cannot find them in my files

You will have to find the leftover folder/files after a uninstall and manually remove them from your device.

So I deleted some mods and I believe it mightve gotten worse.

Minecraft crashes right after opening it and I see this

You will need to completely remove Minecraft Education, any mods you have, and any leftover files in order for Minecraft Education to work properly. Not all mods work with Minecraft Education and due to the instability it causes, we don't support any mods.

    Hey Rebecca,

Unfortunately Minecraft: Education Edition does not support modding due to the high chance for world corruption. Please mod at your own risk.

Sorry about that and hope you understand!

Rebecca Liu When I have problems, sometimes the world itself reproduces the problem, and I have to abandon it. I suggest removing all worlds (with backups) and starting with no worlds. Remove all Minecraft installation folders. Then install again. Just use "fresh, clean" world going forward. Keep crafting!

Dominick Danny Do we have a blog post on how to completely erase Minecraft before an install? (for different operating systems, I suppose.) Please and thanks!

    Hey there Miguel!

Oh that does seem to look a bit wonky.

Just had a few questions to help us support you further:

1 - What device Make / Model / OS version are you on?

2 - Have you had problems like this before?

3 - Do you have any mods installed for Minecraft Education?

    Hey MIGUEL NEGRETE
Yes, Create does count as a mod. Minecraft Education doesn't offically support any mods as most of them are not designed for Minecraft Education. While we are based on Bedrock, there's enough oddities between the two versions that most mods will break down.

If you can remove your mod. Backup your worlds, and do a clean Clean Reinstall of Minecraft Education, it should hopefully resolve the issue.
