my blocks in edu wont break they work if i use touch screen but not my mouse, or touchpad
i can place blocks but i cannot break blocks at all. i checked to make sure my immutable thing is off. i cant even play at the moment cause you cant play with out mining or building. please help

I am sorry to hear this control issue is occurring. When you try to break blocks with your mouse does the arm move at all? This sounds like it maybe a driver issue and will need updating. Also, with the touch screen it may be moving closer to the block and break it. Make sure you are close enough when using your mouse.

No the arm does not move at all. I updated it yesterday to 1.18. So it doesn't need updating, i am close enough to the block and it still wont work. What can i try?

Very odd Talise, it sounds like the input is not being received at all then if the arms do not move.
Does an external keyboard work?
Does the mouse and touchpad work for other applications?
I would agree with Dominick, it sounds like maybe some drivers need updating for your touchpad and mouse.
Has this issue only occurred once you updated to 1.18?
