[MakeCode]Block detect error

This is an issue regarding the MakeCode Minecraft 2022 Update.

This is a code sample for Block detect, but when I use this code I keep getting a syntax error for the command.

I have an idea using this block and would like to code it, so could you please fix it?

  I checked the code builder for v1.18.42 and the relevant block is missing.

  Does this mean that it was originally an instruction block that was not feasible?

  Please explain.
