i see the black screen, no mojang emblem, and then it closes itself. repaired twice, reinstalled twice, repaired again and nothing worked

  Hi Support. My Minecraft Education keeps crashing right after the Mojang screen and loading screen. I deleted all my mod downloads from my files and cleared my storage, and it's still crashing on me. What do I do?

  Hi, I was going to play Minecraft Education, then right after the Mojang and loading screen, right there, it crashed, well, it froze, then crashed. I deleted all the mods in my downloads in my files; crashed again I even tried clearing my storage; crashed again . I reinstalled; crashed again. I don't know what to do, please help.

  2 - Do you know any others experiencing these crashes? 

  3 - Is this a school issued device or a personal device? 

  4 - Do you get a crash report or an error page you can screenshot and share? (no personal info please)

  5 - Does the issue replicate when connecting to a different network?
