Minecraft crashes when loading in world/autosaving

On my computer when loading into the world it crashes after loading for about a minute. On my friends stronger computer, it loads but has severe lag when autosaving. I've spent a lot of time in the world and don't want to lose it.

  Make sure to backup your worlds with exporting ( https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047555391-Import-Export-and-Manage-Worlds- )

  Then you can make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Minecraft: Education Edition from here: https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download

  I have the current latest version, 1.18.32 and have several backups that also crash me. On other worlds I run just fine. What should I do?
