Fintropolis Fail

Using an 9th generation iPad to play Fintropolis on Minecraft EDU and I am dead in the water before I even got started.  On the very first puzzle with the Shulker Boxes and the Tax Collector I cannot get any of the items into the boxes.  When I go through the actions the Tax Collector tells me "Not quite" and places all of the items BACK in the chest. I watched a walkthrough video on YouTube and the comments on there were filled with others having the same issue.  Does anyone know how to fix this, or is this entire world useless?  Such a shame because it looks like my students would enjoy it.

    I have not used this world. Sounds like it should be taken down for maintenance. Penny

    Thanks for your help on this.  The world itself looks fantastic and I know my students will love it.  I hope it's able to be fixed!

    No fix yet apparently. The Tax Inspector puzzle has caused them to not be able to move forward in the game!

    Don't know how to go around it. Going to give my students another chance to find a way around this bug/puzzle problem. Otherwise will have to move them to something else. :(

    Okay I had my students recreate the issue. Here is the video of the glitch happening.  They are putting all the items in the correct slots.

    Any Updates?

    We are back in session and my student tried this again, but now the chest is empty. She started a new server and chest is still empty. When we click the tax collector and say I am finished (after not being able to do anything with the boxes, since chest is empty). There is no further action. Just checking in and inquiring! Thanks!
