Cannot sign in on cromebook

when I click the sign in button my screen stays on a loading screen and the top margin where the window customization is turns blue.I don't know if this is an issue regarding my Chromebook model because it is somewhat old but I was able to play Minecraft on it less than a month ago.

  1 - What is your ChromeOS version that is experiencing issues?

  2 - Do you know any others running into this issue? 

  3 - Have things worked fine on your Chromebook previously?

  4 - If this is a school issued device and account, have you reached out to your school's IT admin yet?

  I found a temporary workaround just close the app open demo lesson then sign into from demo lesson page that works
