I tried to load the world for Hour of AI, but it keeps saying there's an error and it does not open up the world on the games app.

  Hey there!

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Hour of AI. Just had a few questions to help us support you further:

1 - What error are you getting? Are you able to send a screenshot of it? (No personal info in screenshot please)

2 - Is it just in that world you are getting issues or other worlds too?

3 - Do you know any other users running into issues?
