NPC Arm Glitch

So basically, when you force open an NPC dialogue with commands, and you are looking at the NPC, then the dialogue portrait looks fine. But when you're not looking, it looks weird. See below images for context.

  I see one with crossed arms and one with arms by their side. Was there anything else you noticed?
