Hello.

Do you have to have an email license assigned to the user that will have a Minecraft Education Edition license assigned to it?

  Hey Jeff Lynde, 
  Users using Minecraft Education only need to have a Minecraft Education license assigned to their account. No additional licenses are required to sign in, and use the core features of Minecraft Education. 
  
  The one exception is that Cloud Uploading does require a Onedrive license to be assigned to the account, but this is an optional backup feature that isn't required.

  Hey there!

  Minecraft Education requires a Microsoft 365 Work/School tenant to be able to sign in, play, pay invoices, etc.
