Unable to log in on my pc

Everytime i log in i get hit with this error message, how do i fix it?

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this error, I have some steps to go through for troubleshooting:

  1.) If you are connecting from a school, has your IT Admin allow listed all URLs from this page? : https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide- 

  2.) Do you have proxies, content filters, virus protection or, firewalls that might be blocking the apps connection to our services? 

  3.) Back up any worlds, Uninstall and Reinstall App from this page: https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download

  4. ) Are all OS's on the latest version? If not, I would recommend updating to latest OS version.
