Worldmaps with the = sign in it.
Situation: a dedicated server running on a Vbox with Ubuntu.
Everything works fine exept that when I copy a world into the Worlds map on the server and adapt the server.properties file, the = sign isn't read and the server creates a new random world, without the =.
So I'm unable to copy my world onto the server to use it there.
How do I solve this. Can I just rename the folder to something without a = sign? Because I believe that this is the problem.

Hey Luk,
Yes. You should be able to remove the Equal sign from the world name and copy that to the server.properties `level-name` property.
Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns!

So I can just change the name of any Minecraft world-folder without corrupting the world?
Why don't you use the naming like in the Java or Bedrock version. Would be much easier to detect the name of a world ;-)0 -
Hey there Luk!
Yeah! You should be able to edit the = out without messing up the world, but it is worth making a copy of the world just in case so you always have a backup.
Feel free to send a screenshot of the file you are trying to rename so we can give further support if needed.
