Cancel Minecraft Education for Commercial Renewal

Hi, I didn't authorise any payment to be taken out for Minecraft Education for Commercial renewal.

I also couldn't get access to 365 admin centre to turn off the recurring billing. I would like to cancel my subscription. and get a refund please. Thanks
