Trying to access hosted world - Invalid Tenant / Login Code
My child has a school project that requires colab assistance from members outside her school community and that have education accounts, however it is not allowing the share link or code to work presenting with "Invalid Tenant ID" or "The join code you entered does not match any worlds that are currently available".
This has previously worked, however does not seem to be working now. She also has this issue sometimes with other kids in her class on the same tenant too.
All versions are the same across all platforms, Windows machines and ipad's alike.
Any assistance with this ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with multiplayer. Multiplayer is only allowed with users in the same tenant (Microsoft Organizational Account), more information on that here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGyx-5vKBvI
We are looking to add cross-tenant support for Dedicated Servers, but I do not believe it is quite out yet. Are you using dedicated servers or just trying to join the normal way with the join codes?
