cancel Minecraft subscription
I need to speak to a representative to help cancel my Minecraft licenses (12).
None of the information provided is helping resolve the issue. I DO NOT want to renew and automatic renewal is set for July 2nd

I just got robbed for $108.00 for a subscription that hasn't been accessed or utilized in over 5 years. Notified on an email account that is no longer active and isn't even the one associated with my billing account or the Minecraft for Education account I was charged for. There is no help here and every time I try to sign into Microsoft to figure out how to fight the charges, I am told I do not have an account - BECAUSE I DON'T - the card that was charged expire years ago and I have no idea why a subscription that has been dormant since 2021 was suddenly 'automantically renewed' in 2026 with 1 days notice not only of the billing but of the price increase - billed June 15th, just now today July 4th determined where the vague 'microsoft' charge on my bank account originated from.

Danny hi danny do you receive my ticket? when I open my email and requested to click a link, it requires me to login to a microsoft account. after I logged in, I'm not sure if my ticket is addressed.
