MFA issue

I am the sole Global Administrator of a Microsoft 365 tenant using an onmicrosoft.com domain for Minecraft Education.

I know the administrator account username and password. I also have access to the associated email address and possess the subscription invoices and payment information.

Following the accidental removal of Microsoft Authenticator from my phone, I am no longer able to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA). No alternative verification method is offered during the sign-in process.

I am requesting an MFA reset for this administrator account so that I can regain access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Minecraft Education.

I can provide any proof of ownership required to verify my identity and ownership of the tenant and subscription, including invoices, payment details, and account information.

Hey there!

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with MFA as a Global Admin of your tenant.

I see you wrote in with a ticket for this issue as well and Kaleb just recently sent a reply. They will see you in the ticket to discuss!
