Can't access account
Hi,
I can't access my normal account for Mincecraft Education and I need to make changes. I have an onmicrosoft.com login, but I don't have the 2 factor anymore. I'm able to change my password but following the help documents, there's no alternative options when I get to the 2 factor part of the login.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues accessing Minecraft Education even though you have a license. Was this a personal license or a school issued license?
If it was a school license you will need to reach out to your school's IT admin about this, but if it is a personal license we will make a ticket for you and keep troubleshooting there!
