Can't access my Admin center

Hello,

I need help accessing the Microsoft 365 admin account for my Minecraft Education for Commercial subscription, because I want to manage the subscription and add more licenses.

I have the organization name, the onmicrosoft.com domain, and the subscription details from the original email, but I don’t remember which admin account was created for this tenant, so I cannot access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Could you please advise how I can recover or identify the admin account so I can manage the subscription and add licenses?

  I have the same issue.  I cannot access the adim account to cancel my subscription.  I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft tech support and Im getting ready to cancel ALL my Microsoft subscriptions over horrible support.
