Weird Minecraft Education Sign-in issue
We use Minecraft Education in a school with 10 computers. We use 10 different Microsoft 365 accounts with minecraft licenses to log into this.
For the last weeks or 2, we are having lots of sign-in issues where users sign into Minecraft and then it just sits on the "Signing in" screen and does nothing. This is very sporadic across different PC's and different users.
At first I thought it could be the web filter, but it cannot be as it works for other students on the same policy.

Sorry to hear you are running into some sporadic issues with signing in. Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
1- What Make/Model/OS Versions are running into issues?
2 - Are the devices that are working the same devices as the ones that are not working as expected?
3 - How many users are affected? Like 6/10 or so?
4 - Does it work as expected if the devices connect from another Wifi network?
