In Artemis: Return to the Moon, you can't get the codebuilder back if you exit out of it
Recently tried the Artemis: Return to the Moon world with my students, and it was utterly disastrous. Across every device and account, in every stage of the world, if the student ever exited out of the codebuilder and reopened it, all the code for the level would be gone, with no way to get it back, no way to reset the activity, and no way to progress the world forward, essentially soft locking them.
Quick video of the problem is HERE: https://youtu.be/-G2MLMmsuHQ

Hey there!
Woah! So sorry to hear, let me pass this along to the team and I will let you know any thoughts!

My (home educated) son had the exact same issue yesterday, which made him disheartened and he hasn't wanted to do anything in Minecraft Education since... I tried the suggestion of clearing the cache within codebuilder but that didn't help. Neither did clearing the cache from system files. My son is using Minecraft Education v 1.21.132 on a Dell Inspiron 14 7435 2-in-1 laptop running Windows 11 Home Version 25H2 OS build 26200.8246. No VPN or proxy being used.

Hey there,
Oh no! So sorry to hear that. Feel free to reassure him that try as we might to avoid them, bugs appear and we need to do patches to solve them. This is one of those cases, the issues you are seeing are not unique to the Artemis world but in fact a bigger issue related to Codebuilder. Rest assured we are working on it and the fix is due for the next patch or hotfix, but unfortunately there is no ETA on that at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the patience.
