I am writing to submit a complaint regarding a recent charge for Minecraft.
I would like to inform you that I am not using this account, and I do not even remember the username associated with it. Because of this, I am unable to log in and cancel the license myself. You should also be able to verify from the login history that I have not been actively using this account.
Therefore, I kindly request the following:

A refund of the charged amount.

Immediate cancellation of the Minecraft license associated with my account.

I am also here to request the same thing. I am wanting to submit a complaint regarding a recent charge for Minecraft Education. We do not use this account anymore, and I cannot even log in to my account associated with it because our two factor authentication never works. I tried submitting my own ticket, but I also could not get that to submit. I have been trying to cancel our account before the charge came out, but it has unfortunately been nearly impossible.

You are all cancelled! Sorry for any troubles. I saw you wrote in with a ticket as well on this and have been sending communication to you there. You should receive a pro-rated refund for any unused time for the most recent year of purchase to your original form of payment within 1 billing period (so about ~ 1 month).
