    I am also here to request the same thing. I am wanting to submit a complaint regarding a recent charge for Minecraft Education. We do not use this account anymore, and I cannot even log in to my account associated with it because our two factor authentication never works. I tried submitting my own ticket, but I also could not get that to submit. I have been trying to cancel our account before the charge came out, but it has unfortunately been nearly impossible.

    Therefore, I kindly request the following:
    - A refund for the charged amount.
    - Cancellation of the Minecraft license associated with my account.

    Please let me know if you require any additional information, such as my email address, payment details, or transaction ID, in order to locate the account and process my request.

    You are all cancelled! Sorry for any troubles. I saw you wrote in with a ticket as well on this and have been sending communication to you there. You should receive a pro-rated refund for any unused time for the most recent year of purchase to your original form of payment within 1 billing period (so about ~ 1 month).
