Invalid tenant id
Hi! I made a comment on another post, and I can't seem to find it. But i also can't connect to peoples worlds for the last couple for weeks. I've noticed that we are all on the same version. despite it not being the latest since our school devices can't handle the entire size of mine craft. I was wondering what else to do? since around 4-5 of my friends including me are on 1.21.93 and can't connect to each others worlds. Updating Minecraft is also not a option for us.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with that error.
You will all need to be on the latest version of Minecraft Education for this to run. I know you mentioned updating Minecraft Education is not an option for you, so you will need to reach out to your school's IT admin so they can help you with that process as that will be the road forward from this error. Feel free to have them reach out to us as you did if they are running into issues.

From my experience, even if you're on the latest version but they are on different platforms you will still not be able to connect to each other's worlds. I'm trying to find a fix as well...

Hey all,
To clarify, all of your clients (on all platforms) need to be on Minecraft Education 1.21.132 (the most current update) to connect. There is no compatibility between 1.21.92 and 1.21.132.
For MacOS Devices, you'll need to manually update from https://aka.ms/download

I have 10 students all using the same ipad model with the same ios and on on Minecraft Education 1.21.132. Issue has persisted for 3 weeks

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this as well. Please manually check each student's device that they are all on the latest and same version of Minecraft Education. This error is likely to occur if even one student joining or hosting is not on the same version as the others. Some devices like to update at different times.

Thank you. We have brought out some chromebooks to use instead of the ipads, but they are running into a chrome game dashboard issue. I'll make another thread, but here is the issue.
Start minecraft education. THen the chrome "Game Dashboard" frames the minecraft window. then tap the green sign-in button for MCEE. Get stuck in white screen with loading circle and blue game dashboard toolbar. no way to affect this as a user. google support has no support articles for this. searching online gives no answers. chatGPT makes up nonsense that does not exist in chrome settings. 😂 any suggestions?

Oh yikes if its not one thing its another haha Sorry you are running into that. Instead of another thread, if I make a ticket for us would you be willing to get a video reproduction of the issue so we can investigate further? Thanks!
