Errors: Multiplayer/Tenant ID/Outdated Client

When the recent update happened on the ipad it will no longer allow multiplayer with our Mac.

-ipad Version 1.21.132.1

-MAC Version 1.21.92 (1.21.92.1)

I looked on your website for a more up to date version for the MAC however it says Version 1.21.91, which doesn't seem as recent as what I already have downloaded.

All devices in our homeschool are on the same wifi and have never had an issue before this recent update. We tried Join Codes, Connection ID, and the Share Link function.

We got several different error messages. Some are as follows:

-"Your client is having trouble establisthing a connection to multiplayer services. Please check your internet connection, restart your client, and try again. Mutliplayer Connection Failed."

-"Unable to connect to the world. Please check your join code and try again. Invalid Tenant ID"

Please advise. Thank you!

Hey there!

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this error.

Can you confirm all devices that are trying to connect to one another are on the same and most updated version of Minecraft Education?

I have provided all the information I have above. I am not 100% sure what the most updated version is for MAC.

Hey Krystyna.
The latest version for all platforms is 1.21.132.

For MacOS you'll need to manually update from aka.ms/download
