Some children unable to join a world
Hello,
I am trialling using MEE at our school. The class love it but we have recently had issues where children are unable to access worlds I am hosting. Some children have solved the problem by reinstalling the software. I have checked that they are on the same version as me (ending in .132). Are there any other workarounds,; we have a survival session every Friday for Golden Time as well as using it for some projects and it causes distress when they can't join.

Hi,
we have the same problem, I think. The class is divided into groups and one pupil is the host. Sometimes the other pupils in the group have no problem to access to the host's world and other times one or more pupils can not access.
We have tried to log out from Minecraft without any difference.

Sorry to hear you both are running into some issues with this. Sorry Sam as well for the delay in response from us.
To both of you:
1 - Could you please share the device specs Make/Model/ RAM/ CPU/ Storage Space/ GPU of the hosting device?
2 - Have issues started since the most recent update?
3 - Are all users on the same and most updated version of Minecraft Education? Sometimes devices like to update at different times which can impact multiplayer experiences.
