"Invalid Tenant ID - Join codes not working
My daughter has been trying to connect with her friend online but it hasn't been working for the past couple of weeks. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and tried using various devices (two computers and an Android phone) but none of them are connecting.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with your daughter connecting to her friend's game. It sounds like your daughter's friend may not be on the same version of Minecraft Education since there was a recent update. Could you confirm that you are both on the same domain trying to join each other as well as the same and most recent version of Minecraft Education?
