invalid tenant id, unable to join world
I teach students around the world using minecraft education. Two of my students today in California were unable to join my hosted word using a join code with the error 'tenant id'. They logged out and back in, closed and restarted the app and their laptops. I gave them new login details to check it wasnt just the account.
What is the issue? I was able to use it yesterday with students in Korea but today i had issues.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this.
Here are a few things to try:
In the meantime you can have them make sure that all users are on the latest version of Minecraft Education. If they are Android/Chromebook devices, they can turn off "Automatic DNS" in their Private DNS settings. Let us know if that second step works, it has worked for another user but is experimental.
