no letters

i have no letters in my minecraft no letters in the chat no letters in signs no leters in inventory no leters in menu like settings no letters, no letters anywhere, help what to do!

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Minecraft Education. When you say "no letters", what are you referring to, like you can't type in your chat window? There is no text at all on the screen? Can you send a screenshot (no personal info please) of the issue?

  That is a strange one! 
  Does the issue persist if you switch which language you're using in Settings? 
  Additionally, can you verify: 
  1. Does the issue persist past uninstall and reinstall of the app? Be sure to backup your worlds! 
  2. Can you verify the specifications of your device, including the GPU you're using? Additionally what platform are you (Windows, IOS, ChromeOS, etc.)?
  3. Are you using any resource packs, or other 
  4. Are you using the latest version of Minecraft Education? The current version is 1.21.132
