Multiplayer Not Working on My Account
Hello,
I cannot play Minecraft Education with my friends.
When they try to join my world, it shows an ERROR.
All other students can play with each other, so I think the problem is with my account.
I tried signing out and in, checking my version, using Join Codes, and same Wi-Fi, but it still doesn’t work.
Please check my account permissions and enable multiplayer for me.

Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
1 - Is your friend from the same school as you?
2 - Can anyone else join you and your friend?
3 - What error do you get, can you screenshot it (without any personal info)?
4 - Does it work if you try to join them from your home Wifi?

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with multiplayer, it sounds like it could be related to the newest release of Minecraft Education. Can you check if both you and the person you are connecting with are on the same version? Let us know!

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this. Can you make sure all users trying to connect to eachother have updated and are on the same version of Minecraft Education?

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this as well. Please reach out to your school's IT admin, they will be able to help you update your Minecraft Education! :) You can backup any worlds, uninstall your Minecraft Education and reinstall from here - https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download

when I start multiplayer it does not show a code further more the id code will not work either I do not know if it is just my school
