Unable to download library worlds (Internet access?)

Good Day,

Our school has Minecraft edu installed on all of our laptops. 

Upon downloading a lesson from the library, it says that the computer is offline or access to the library catalog is blocked. 

Our IT disabled the firewall for Minecraft edu using the links provided and yet the laptops still have this issue.

Please advise, thank you.

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with downloading worlds on school laptops. What devices Make / Model / OS version are they?
